1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Janina Mistecky (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the participants of the offered tours and photo accompaniments. By booking a tour or service, the participant agrees to these GTC.
 

2. Conclusion of Contract and Payment
Bookings of tours or photo accompaniments are made in writing via the website, email, or telephone.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation by the Provider.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or the payment methods offered on the website.
 

Payment deadlines to guarantee participation:

• Bookings more than 1 week in advance: payment within 48 hours after receiving the invoice.

• Bookings less than 1 week in advance: payment within 24 hours after receiving the invoice.
   

If payment is not made within the deadline, the spot may be given to someone else. Participation without full payment is not possible.
 

3. Services

• The Provider delivers the agreed services according to the tour description.

• Changes due to weather conditions, safety aspects, or unforeseeable circumstances are reserved.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel, meals, and necessary equipment.
   

4. Participation Requirements

• Participation in the tours is at the participant's own risk.

• Participants must be medically and physically capable of taking part in the booked tour.

• Insufficient equipment or fitness may lead to exclusion from the tour without any refund.
   

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Cancellation of a tour is free of charge up to 1 week before the start; afterward, cancellation fees apply.
If the Provider cancels due to weather or unforeseeable events, a replacement date or refund will be offered.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Participation in the tours is at your own risk.

• The Provider is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

• Participants are responsible for their own insurance (accident, liability, or travel health insurance).

7. Data Protection
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.
 

8. Final Provisions

• Changes to these GTC will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

• Austrian law applies.
